High density receiver coil arrays allowed by AIR coil technology can provide improved SNR in prostate MRI.

Preoperative APF assessment in RAPN candidate patients is useful for a prediction of operative times. The multivariable model including gender, BMI, MAP score and the mean value of three measures of SWE highly predicts the presence of APF. A larger sample size is needed to validate the model and to create a score that effectively predicts APF.

MRI is fundamental in the diagnosis and staging of the prostate cancer. EPE score is a valid strategy to detect extra-capsular extension of the tumor. Our classification, combining EPE score together with “capsular enhancement sign” enhances the clinical accuracy in reporting the locoregional staging.

This study aims to evaluate body composition (BC) and inflammatory parameters (IFN) variations with different 1L treatments in Metastatic Renal Cell Carcinoma (mRCC). Adjusted Skeletal Muscle Index (aSMI) correlates with outcome in metastatic Renal Cancer Cell (mRCC) patients (pts) treated with first line (1L) immunotherapy (IT).
